Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, The Sweet Life Hair Studio is by appointment only.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment online via the booking link on our website or social media, or via text on 0433 843 460.
Is a deposit needed upon booking?
Yes. A $50 booking fee is required at the time of your booking to secure your spot. Booking fees are non-refundable. The booking fee can be transferred to a new date if appointment is rescheduled outside of the 48 hour cancellation time frame before the original appointment.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure our schedule can run on time.
What if I'm running late?
As we do not double book our clients and make sure we have enough time for each client, running more than 15 minutes late may result in not being able to receive the full service you are after, or having to reschedule. Please text us if you are running late.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment via your confirmation/reminder message, or by sending us a text directly. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will lose your $50 booking fee. If you do not show up to your appointment with no contact, you may be charged the full amount of services booked for.
How can I pay for my services?
We accept all card payments (excluding American Express), cash, Afterpay & Zippay.
Can I bring my child/ren?
Due to workplace health & safety guidelines and insurance, we are not able to accommodate babies, toddlers or young children and request that you visit the salon without your children. Please understand that our concern is the safety of your child and our client's well-being.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is ample free parking at the front of the complex.
What if I have a medical condition?
We ask that you disclose if you have any medical conditions or are on any medication as this may result in not being able to achieve the hair you are wanting or may cause adverse reactions to our colour or products.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Individual results will vary. If you are unhappy with the results of your service we need you to communicate this with your stylist at the time of your appointment before leaving. We can not help achieve maximum best results without you communicating to us at the time or within 72 hours max of your appointment. We allow up to 2 weeks to be able to help achieve your hair goals. No refunds are given under any circumstances.
